理解和支持是水管体制改革的关键

5年来,吉林省各级水利部门按照国务院《水利工程管理体制改革实施意见》和吉林省政府下发的《水利工程管理体制改革实施方案》的要求,加强部门领导,全面推进改革进程,赢得了社会各界的大力支持,目前吉林省水管体制改革工作进展较为顺利,取得了阶段性成果。

Understanding and support is the base for water management system reform

In accordance with the requirements made by the Implementation Comments on Reform of Water Project Management System issued by the State Council and Implementation Plan of Reform of Water Project Management Sys- tem issued by the Jilin Provincial Government, the water departments at all levels in Jinlin Province have strengthened leadership and reform in the last five years, and gained great support from all circles. Currently, the policy making for the reform of water management system goes well and obtained preliminary result.
