摘    要:深入分析了水管单位人力资源的结构现状、人才流向、使用及管理现状等方面存在的急需解决的问题,提出了在知识经济条件下研究人才的培养规律,有效地开发人力资源并充分发挥人才在提高水管单位经济效益和社会效益中的作用。

Abstract:The present condition of human resources structure, flow and use of talent personnel in water management organization is investigated and problems are discussed. Meanwhile, study is made on personnel training under knowledge-based economy, so as to make an effective play of role of human resources in improving economic and social benefits of water management organizations.
