| 摘 要： | 以碾压混凝土用砂的理想品质指标为目标，提出了一套与传统制砂工艺不同的全新的节能、降耗、减排的环保工艺方案，即采用新设计参数的立轴冲击式破碎机独立制砂、干法密闭生产为主、严格的收尘防尘、计算机程序自动化控制、组装式工厂化生产的砂石生产工厂。

| Abstract: | In order to reach high quality sand of RCC, a new technique equipped with environment-friendly facilities for energy reduction and low pollution discharge is introduced, which differs from conventional method for manufacturing sand materials, Vertical axis impact breaker with new designed parameters is employed. Dry and air-tight production is applied for strict control of dust. Production automation is realized by computer control system. |
