钢锭模模型热疲劳试验及其分析

摘    要:从热疲劳的角度研究钢锭模的破坏。通过模型试验模拟了钢锭模的热疲劳破坏,并提出了提高热疲劳性能的改进模型,用有限单元法分析了实际钢锭模和改进型钢锭模在铸钢—水浴过程中的热应力变化。说明了热疲劳破坏的机制以及改进型钢锭模的有效性。

THERMAL FATIGUE TESTS AND ANALYSES OF INGOT MOULD MODEL

Abstract:In this paper, the destruction of ingot mould has been studied from the pointof thermal fatigue and simulated with mould tests. To improve thermal fatigue properties an improved mould has been suggestedbased an experiments. Thermal stress changes in both the practical and theimproved ingot mould in the processes of casting steel and bathing in the waterhave been analysised with the finite element method. The mechanism of thethermal fatigue and the effectiveness of the improved ingot mould have beenexplained.
