| 摘 要： | 网络技术的发展改变了传统的图书馆,使其形态发生了变化,对图书馆信息资源的开发和利用提出了新的挑战。图书馆人员要更新传统的思维观念,突出特色建设,重视网络资源,加快信息共享和完善资源保障体系,并开发具有特色的检索系统,以达到与时俱进之目的。

Librarians must recharge themselves with new ideas, and make greater efforts to speed up the pace of information sharing. And they should make improvement to the information resources security system, and develop retrieval systems. |
