摘    要:循环流化床烟气脱硫效率不仅与反应物的浓度、温度等有关,而且和含钙物料与烟气的接触时间及物料的湍流度等有关。循环流化床的结构是影响循环物料充分混合和延长物料滞留时间的直接因素。根据现有的研究成果,围绕反应塔床体、布风板、内构件、出口结构、分离器和返料器等分别阐述。提出欲提高循环流化床烟气脱硫效率可以从这几个方面着手解决。

Abstract:The efficiency of CFBFGD relates to not only the concentration and temperature of the reactants, but the contact time of the calcium contained material with the flue gas and the turbulence of the material. The structure of the CFB is the direct factor influenced the mixture of the material and the residence time of the material. According to the current research research result, in this paper, reaction tower, air distributor , internals, exit configuration, separator and solids return feeder are expatiated respatiated respectively, and put forward the ways to improve the efficiency of CFBFGD.
