摘    要:在射孔作业下洗井管柱的过程中,钻井液会从油管和套管中溢出,套管溢出的钻井液可以用管线导流回收,而油管内喷射、溢流的钻井液不好控制回收,直接影响了作业施工的进度,针对这一问题,采取正反洗井油管防溢,收到理想的效果。论述了正反洗井油管防溢工具的结构原理及有关限流孔径参数的计算,在油套压差为0.1MPa和0.3MPa两种情况下,设计制定了两个限流孔径通道,以保证在油管不喷溢的情况下顺利下入管柱。管柱遇阻时,可以多次进行充分正、反循环洗井,而下管柱时限流作用不变。最后介绍了正反洗井油管防溢技术实施的步骤过程及在大庆油田的应用。

Abstract:In the course of perforating string running to the well, there is completion fluid overflow from tubing and casing. The completion fluid from casing can be recovered with pipeline flow diverter, but the fluid from tubing can't be recovered easily, and the operation is affected directly. To solve this problem, many methods have been applied, but results are poor. The structural principle of preventing tubing overflow tool in the course of well cleanout and reverse cleanout have been studied, and the flow limitation parameters have been calculated. In the case of the pressure difference is 0 . 1 MPa and 0. 3MPa, two flow limitation channels have been designed. Finally, operation procedures of the technique and application in Daqing oilfield are introduced .
