宁波英雄水库大坝安全鉴定勘察成果及初步分析

摘    要:英雄水库大坝坝基分布有厚约15m的软土层.大坝自1958年冬开工至1973年水库建成运行期间,曾先后4次发生坝基滑动;经采用多级反压平台进行地基处理后,正常运行至今.为了对大坝作进一步的安全鉴定,于1997年10月进行了大坝坝体及坝基勘探(主要采用十字板剪切试验).通过对勘察成果的初步分析,肯定了十字板剪切试验在检验地基加固改良效果中的作用,探讨了软土强度在荷载和排水作用,强度变化的机理.

Abstract:There distributes a layer of soft clay that is about 15m in thickness at the foundation of Ningbo Yingxiong Reservoir dam.From 1973 when the reservoir first worked to the winter in 1958,when the dam started to be constructed,the foundation of the dam has slided four times . After adopting the foundation treatment that calls multistage counterpressure flat,the dam runs safely till now. The foundation and body of the dam has been explored,mainly adopting vane test in October 1997,to make it sure that the dam is safe. The paper preliminaty assays the reconnaissance achievements,confirms the action of the vane test in inspecting the effect of foundation treatment, and discusses the mechanism of the soft clay strength transmutation under the condition of pressure and drainage.
