氟化物整理中焙烘条件的优化

摘    要:经含氟化合物整理后的织物具有拒水、拒油和防污的功能。含氟化合物从溶液中整理到织物上,经过干燥、焙烘后可以获得充分的拒水、拒油的效果。为得出各种含氟有机体系在整理效果方面的结论,汽巴精细化工公司进一步研究了干燥和焙烘工艺,研究结果为如何优化现代干燥设备的操作提供指导。

Abstract:Fabrics finished with "repellent" fluorochemicals are water-and soil-repellent as well as stainresistant. Applied on the fabric from aqueous solution, fluorochemical products gain their full oil-and water-repellent effects after drying and curing. To obtain conclusions regarding the effect level of various fluoro-organic systems, Ciba Specialty Chemicals further investigated the drying and curing process. The results provide indications on how to optimize operation of modern drying equipment.
