高速线路用贝氏体钢轨焊后硬度的研究

摘    要:通过对目前铁路大量使用的珠光体型热轧钢轨以及国产贝氏体AB1钢轨闪光焊及铝热焊接头硬度进行检验,其结果符合铁道部行业标准TB/T1632-2005钢轨焊接中的相关要求,对比了几种钢轨焊后硬度的不同,认为贝氏体钢轨整体硬度较高,正火后接头硬度不均匀性大幅改善,将较大地提高钢轨接头的耐磨性,减少因接头磨耗而导致过早下道的发生.贝氏体钢轨焊后接头两侧易造成马鞍型磨耗的软化区宽度较窄,有利于提高无缝线路使用中的平顺性,为保证行车速度提供必要条件.

Abstract:With the rapid development of high-speed and heavy-loading railway, better performance of rail is needed. Many types of rails havebeen put in use with higher strength, hardness and better wear-resistance property, such as U74 and U71Mn and U75V. Nowadays these railsmust be changed, so high performance rail should be developed, and bainite rail AB1 is one of high performance rails. By way of studying thehardness of rail weld after flash welding or thermit welding, it is shown that bainite rail AB1 has higher hardness than others and the inhomoge-neity of the rail hardness is remarkably improved by means of normalizing treatment.
