| 摘 要： | 添加微量稀土添加剂制取的ＹＧＲ８新牌号合金的抗弯强度，冲击韧性提高１０％以上。含稀土的ＹＧＲ８拉丝模的使用寿命比不含稀土的ＹＧ８拉丝模提高１倍左右。利用电子探针，能谱仪，Ｘ射线衍射分析等手段对ＹＧＲ８合金做了显微结构分析，阐述了稀土强化ＹＧ８合金的作用机理。

| Abstract: | The transverse rupture strength and impact toughness of a new type of YGRS cemented carbide made by adding a small amount of rare--earth additives has increased by more than 10% and the working life of the YGRS cemented carbide drawins die is about two times as long as traditional YGS drawing die. EMPA, EDS and X-ray diffraction have been used to analyze the microstructure of YGRS alloy and to explain the strengthening mechanism of rare-earth element to YGS alloy. |
