摘    要:环境污染已经成为制约我国经济可持续发展的瓶颈。按现有技术我国能源系统是不可持续的。在一次能源以煤为主而且长期不可能大幅度变化的情况下 ,如何构建资源、能源、环境整体化的可持续发展能源系统 ,是从现在就要开始重点研究并逐步实施的战略性问题。文章提出以煤气化为核心的多联产能源系统是解决未来我国可持续发展的方向 ,详细论述了可能实施的多联产耦合实例、效益分析及需要解决的关键技术和科学问题 ;对我国实施多联产战略的起步、多层次步骤、政府支持及相关政策提出了建议。

Abstract:Environmental pollution has become the bottleneck of the sustainable economic development of China. The business-as-usual energy system in China is not suitable for sustainable need. It is well known that China has to use coal as the main primary energy over the long term. Under such special conditions, to plan and construct the integrated sustainable energy system with optimal benefits in resource and energy utilization and environmental emission is urgent. By introducing the international studies and new developments in sustainable energy systems, this paper puts forward that multi-generation strategy based on coal gasification is the trend for future development of our domestic energy industry. The framework of a multi-generation system based on oxygen blown gasification is described and its benefits are analyzed. Finally, the starting procedure, government role, and policies for the implementing of multi-generation strategy in China are proposed.
