On the Differences Between Taguchi's Parameter Designing and Experiment Designing

There are many common things betwwen Taguchi Genichi's parameter designing and the general experment designing in form. But what is essential is their differences. The paper attempts to compare them in the following aspects: discussion on their starting point and target, the view on testing F, the recognition of elements, the use of orthogonal chart, the choice of special property target, the experiment of testing and verifying, and mutual functions. From the comparison of these aspects, the paper explains the theory and method of Taguchi's parameter designing.
