摘    要:包钢燃气厂薄板加压站煤气混合系统自投产以来,受包钢管网煤气压力影响,各支路煤气在混合前存在波动现象,热值控制稳定性差,通过先加压后混合改造,实现了煤气热值、压力的精确控制。

Abstract:Since the gas mixing system of thin slab compressor station in Baotou Steel Gas Plant has been put into operation, each branch gas before mixing existing wave phenomena and unstable calorific value control, because of the influence of gas pressure from Baotou Steel pipe network. By the reconstruction of first pressure later mix, we realize the accurate control of gas calorific value and gas pressure.
