| 摘 要： | 修整刚玉砂轮时,PCD修整器是单颗粒天然金刚石修整器的经济而有效的代用品。本文试验了冷却液对PCD修整器耐磨性的影响。试验证明用PCD修整器修整刚玉砂轮,在无冷却液的情况下,PCD修整器的耐磨性最好。

| Abstract: | PCD dressers are considered as effective replacements for single point natural dia-mond dressers in dressing fused alumina wheels. In this paper, effect of coolant on the wear resistanceof PCD dresser is tested. The results show that, when dressing fused alumina wheels without coolant,the best wear resistance of PCD dresser is obtained. |
