摘    要:钢铁企业生产中含有大量的工业副产气,运用变压吸附PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)分离净化技术可获得高纯H2,CO及食品级CO2。简述了H2、CO及CO2的主要用途,并介绍了PSA的基本原理及其用于从炼钢转炉气中提纯H2、CO及CO2的方法,预测了PSA技术在钢铁企业中的应用前景。

Abstract:High pure H 2,CO and CO 2 for food purpose can be obtained from the industrial waste gas in the iron and steel production by pressure swing adsorption (PSA). This paper introduces some main purposes of H 2, CO and CO 2, and the basic principle of PSA as well as the purification method of H 2, CO and CO 2 from converter waste gas. The prospects of the application of PSA technology in iron and steel plants are predicted in this paper.
