摘    要:针对平方王油田钻井过程中钻井液漏失的难题,研制了一种新型多功能随钻堵漏钻井液体系。介绍了新型随钻堵漏钻井液体系的配方优选,探讨了该体系的最佳流变性能、防塌抑制性和悬浮稳定性,研究了该体系的承压能力和封堵能力。实验结果表明,该体系具有较强的抗温抗污染能力,悬浮稳定性好,密度调节范围广,封堵填充加固能力强,具有常规钻井液及随钻堵漏钻井液的性能特点,易操作、可调整。

Abstract:To deal with the severe drilling fluid leakage difficulty while drilling in Pingfangwang oilfield, a new-type multi-functional drilling fluid system for lost circulation while drilling was developed. Formulation of this system was optimized and evaluated. The optimal rheolo-gy, anti-sloughing inhibition and suspended stability of the system were discussed. Finally, pressurized and plugging capabilities were studied. The testing result shows that this system has obvious temperature- and contamination-resistant capability, good suspended stability and wider density adjusting range, strong plugging filling reinforce ability. It has both the properties of normal drilling fluid and drilling fluid for lost-circulation while drilling, with easy operation and adjustment.
