摘    要:双联齿轮由于形状比普通齿轮更为复杂,热处理后要同时保证两端轮齿的齿形齿向显得较为困难。本文阐述了双联齿热处理后内孔,轮齿产生变形的内在原因,通过改进装料夹具,工件摆放方式和淬火油的合理选择,达到减小淬火变形的目的,为同类零件的热处理积聚一点参考建议。

Abstract:Shape of double-gear is more complicated than other gears in transmission.So it is very difficult to satisfy its technical requirements after heat treatment.In this paper,the heat treatment distortion reason of double-gear is analyzed in detail and the distortion is controlled to an ideal level by improving fixture and rational selection of quenching oil.Therefore it provides some reference for the heat treatment of this kind of parts.
