青年编辑素质谈

笔者认为青年编辑承担着跨世纪的历史使命，全面提高自身素质应是当务之急。青年编辑应该具备良好的职业道德，适应职业要求的思维方式、知识结构以及善于掌握和运用信息的能力。最后还论述了21世纪编辑的新素质。

Discussion on Levels of Young Editors

The author confirms that it is very essential and urgent the young editors should improve their self-intrinsic qualities and levels to bear the historical task going beyong the century. Moreover, the author advocates here, that they should always observe fine professional ethics with suitable thought style and knowledge structure having the capacity of digesting the newly information. At last, some higher levels demanded in the 21st century are also presented.
