摘    要:在一台300MW燃煤锅炉上进行了炉膛断面温度场可视化实验研究,采用炉膛燃烧数值模拟程序计算沿炉膛高度平均颗粒容积份额的变化,计算出温度场重建所需的辐射参数,由火焰图像重建的炉膛温度场结果表明,燃烧器区域之上某一个断面的温度场呈现典型的单峰分布特征,且其偏料情况与电厂运行经验基本一致;250MW负荷水平下的最高温度比200MW负荷水平下的最高温度高约80K;断面温度场可视化结果刷新一次的时间不超过5s,满足在线监测的要求。

Abstract:The experimental research on visualization of two\|dimensional temperature fields in a 300 MW coal\|fired boiler furnace was presented. Using a furnace combustion numerical simulation code, the variation of particle volumetric fractions along the height of the furnace was calculated, and consequently, the radiation parameters needed for the reconstruction of the two\|dimensional temperature distributions were obtained. The temperature distribution of a section above the combustors region reconstructed from the flame images captured from the section in the four corners demonstrated a typical single\|peak mode. Furthermore, the decline of the temperature distribution is consistent with the operational experience in the plant. The maximum temperature in the section under load of 250 MW is about 80 K higher than that under load of 200 MW. The updating time for visualization of the two\|dimensional temperature fields is no longer than 5 seconds, quite adequate for real\|time monitoring.
