氧弹燃烧-自动电位滴定法测定橡胶中卤素含量

建立了氧弹燃烧-自动电位滴定测定橡胶中痕量卤素含量的方法。在加有氢氧化钾溶液和过氧化氢溶液的氧弹中燃烧样品,使样品中以有机化合物或无机化合物的形式存在的总卤素的量,可以在燃烧后通过水溶液吸收或溶解于水溶液当中转化为卤化物;吸收后的溶液用0.01 mol/L硝酸银标准滴定溶液进行电位滴定。试样和混合控制物回收率在95%~105%范围内,相对标准偏差小于1.0%,检出限为0.007 mg/L。该方法具有准确、重复性好、自动便捷、操作简单及不受设备等条件限制的优点,适合橡胶中痕量卤素含量的测定。

Determination of halogen in rubber by oxygen bomb-potentiometric titration

A novel method is developed for the determination of halogen content in rubber by oxygen bomb-potentiometric titration.The sample was combusted in the oxygen bomb containing potassium hydroxide solution and liquor hydrogen peroxide.The halogen released from rubber combustion was absorbed by solution and determined by potentiometric titration with silver nitrate standard solution（0.01 mol/L）.The standard recoveries were from 95% to 105%.The relative standard deviations were below 1.0%.The diction limit of method was 0.007 mg/L.The determination method is exact,parallel,automatic,fast and simple.It is suitable for determination of halogen in rubber.
