摘    要:目前对广泛采用的变速恒频风电机组并网后的配电网无功优化问题还少见有研究。分析了变速恒频风电机组有功功率特性,建立了含变速恒频风电机组的配电网无功优化模型,并分析了风速变化对风电机组输出有功功率的影响。采用二进制粒子群优化算法对配电网中有载调压变压器和并联电容器组等无功控制变量进行优化,通过算例分析验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:The study of optimized reactive power in distribution system with Variable Speed Wind Turbine(VSWT) is lack of research.Active power characteristics of VSWT is analyzed,reactive power in distribution system with VSWT is modeled with considering the influence of the wind speed forecast error to wind turbine generator active power output.The approach of binary particle swarm algorithm is adopted to optimize the reactive power control variable of on-load regulating transformer and shunt capacitor,the effetiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by caculation analysis.
