患病草鱼主要消化酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:分析了健康鱼和患肠炎病草鱼的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性。其淀粉酶最适pH值均为7.2,蛋白酶最适pH值分别为7.0和6.0;其淀粉酶最适温度分别为30℃和35℃,蛋白酶最适温度均为40℃,且患肠炎病草鱼蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性较健康鱼低,但pH值在5.7以下时,患病鱼的蛋白酶活性较健康鱼高;温度在28℃以下时,患病鱼的淀粉酶活性比健康鱼高。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the optimum pH and temperature of diastase and protease that ctenopharvngodon idellus suffering form enteritis. In both healthy and enteritis ctenopharyngodon idellus, the optimum pH of diastase is 7.2, and the optimum pH of proteases is 7.0 and 6.0 respectively. The optimum temperature of diastase is 30oC and 40oC, and that of proteases is 35oC and 40oC.The diastase activity and the protease activity of ctenopharvngodon idellus suffering form enteritis are lower. However, when the pH is under 5.7, the protease activity of ctenopharvngodon idellus with enteritis is higher than healthy ctenopharvngodon idellus; and when the temperature is under 28oC, the diastase activity of ctenopharvngodon idellus with enteritis is higher than healthy ctenopharvngodon idellus.
