| 摘 要： | 生产性采购活动是企业生产经营过程中的基本活动。从企业内部基本价值链内的采购环节出发，分析改进下的采购管理所带来的影响。在此基础上，根据客户关系管理（CRM）思想提出的供应商关系管理理论，将供应商关系管理作为采购管理的重要组成部分，对企业加强供应商关系管理的问题加以分析，提出对策。

| Abstract: | Productive purchase is basic activity of production and operation of enterprise. Starting from purchase link of basic value link within enterprise, we analyzed influence brought by improved purchase management. Upon this base, according to theory of management of relationship with supplier presented on the basis of CRM, we analyzed management of relationship with supplier as an important part of purchase management, and put forward the policy of strengthening management of relationship with supplier for enterprise. |
