摘    要:针对某轻型飞机全动平尾操纵系统进行了故障模式与影响分析(FMEA),指出FMEA是产品设计初期进行可靠性分析的重要环节,其结果将为产品可靠性设计、维修性设计中抓住主要薄弱环节。消除可能存在的隐患提供基本依据。根据分析结果,提出了全动理尾操纵系统在设计、生产和使用中应采取的质保措施,使系统的可靠性得到了增长。最后,说明了FMEA应是一个逐渐深入和完善的过程。分析方法及其结果可为大型复杂机械系统的FMEA提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors study the Fault Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA) for the all flying tail control system of a new type light aircraft, propose that the FMEA is an important procedure of reliability analysis at the beginning of product design and will provide the foundations for the design of product reliability and maintainability. Using of the FMEA results, the preventive methods and measures are suggested, and the system reliability is grown. Finally, the authors explain that the FMEA is a deep going process gradually. The FMEA method and the analysis results in this paper can be popularized to any complex mechanical system.
