考虑颗粒破碎的粗粒料力学特性研究综述

摘    要:粗粒料在荷载及自身重力作用下易发生颗粒破碎,且颗粒破碎具有随机性和不确定性,严重影响了粗粒料的力学特性。基于此,从考虑颗粒破碎的物理试验出发,介绍了粗粒料的本构模型、影响颗粒破碎的因素、颗粒破碎对粗粒料力学特性的影响,以及颗粒破碎物理模型研究的局限性;系统总结了考虑颗粒破碎的粗粒料力学特性的数值模拟研究方法(如DEM,PFC,DDA等)及其存在的缺陷,并为突破数值模拟方法不能考虑颗粒破碎的限制提出了2种解决方法。最后,对今后的研究方向提出了展望——需从细观机理方面建立粗粒料各组构要素的关系。

Abstract:Granule rupture is prone to happen in coarse material under gravity and other loads.Granule rupture is random and uncertain,seriously affecting the mechanical properties of coarse materials.From the perspective of physical test in consideration of granule rupture,we introduced the constitutive models of coarse materials and the factors affecting granule rupture.We also described the effect of granule rupture on the coarse materials’mechani-cal properties,and the limitation of physical model research in consideration of granule rupture.Furthermore,we expounded the numerical simulation methods such as DEM,PFC and DDA systematically and their defects,and put forward two solutions to break through the limitation that granule rupture couldn’t be considered by numerical simu-lation methods.At last,we presented future research direction and suggested that the relationships among structure factors in coarse materials should be established from mesoscopic mechanism.
