摘    要:以某航海教学实习船机舱为原型,将此振动-声辐射耦合系统简化为箱形多腔结构,建立多腔结构及其单元腔室有限元模型,考虑液舱布置与充液、激励源处设置隔振器等情况,对结构进行频率响应分析,运用声学边界元法对舱室噪声进行预报,通过对舱室中心场点声学贡献较大的板件进行约束阻尼处理,有效降低舱室噪声。并进行船舶机舱模型振动-声辐射实验。分析表明:研究三舱段船舶机舱模型振声性能时,充液及增加充液舱数,对模型固有频率影响明显,通过设置隔振器能有效降低舱室振声等级,在非激励源舱室敷设约束阻尼材料,也可起到较好降噪作用。

Prediction and Control on Vibro-acoustic Environment of Marine Engine Room Model
Abstract:The engine room of one training ship for navigation teaching was taken as a prototype, and the finite element model of multi-tanks structure and its unit chamber was built when the vibro-acoustic coupling system was simplified. Frequency response analysis was carried out in the consideration of filling liquid ,arrangements of the liquid tanks, and locations of excitation source with vibration isolator. The noise of ship cabin was predicted with acoustic boundary element method and the noise level was reduced effectively by using constrainted damping treatment on plates of a large amount of acoustic contribution to the center field. And the vibro-acoustic radiation experiment of vessel engine room model was conducted. Analysis indicates: the natural frequency is influenced obviously with different conditions of filling liquid and increasing the number of tanks filled with liquid. Vibration isolator can reduce the vibro-acoustic level. Constraint damping materials laid in the cabin with non-excitation source can also reduce noise effectively.
