聚乙烯醇与Cu^2+的配位反应及其对生物降解性影响的研究

摘    要:研究了聚乙烯醇与Cu^2+的配位反应,用红外,紫外-可见光谱,X-ray及DSC等分析探讨了配位反应对PVA的结晶度及生物降解性的影响。结果表明,PVA-Cu^2+的配位反应降低了PVA的结晶度,但新化学键的引入使PVA薄膜的抗生物降解性增强。

Abstract:This paper presents the coordination between polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and Cu 2+ . The effect of coordination on crystallinity of PVA was determined by FT IR, UV visible spectrum, X ray analysis and DSC. The biodegradation of PVA Cu 2+ film was studied. It shows that the coordination can enhance the bioresistance of PVA film although it decreases the crystallinity of PVA.
