汽车轻量化技术发展的探讨

摘    要:近十多年来,世界汽车工业面临着三大问题:能源、公害和安全。由于能源危机和环境问题的日益突出,现阶段世界各国均十分关注汽车轻量化技术。从汽车轻量化对能源、环境和汽车性能的影响入手,指出了轻量化研究的整体思路;介绍了当今世界先进汽车轻量化设计的概况、作用和目前汽车用轻量化材料的使用情况和性质;分析了汽车轻量化发展面临的技术和成本问题,为汽车的轻量化项目的进一步开展提出了建议。

Abstract:Over the past decade, the world automobile industry was faced with three major issues: energy, pollution and safety. At this stage, the world are very much concerned about the lightweight technology of automotive, for the energy crisis and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent. From the automotive's lightweight infaction on the energy, environment and vehicle's performance, research ideas of vehicle's lightweight technology were pointed out. The overview and function of vehicle's lightweight technology in the world were introduced. Now, using condition and performance of the lightweight vehicle's materials also were introduced. By analyzing the confronting problem of the development of vehicle's lightweight technique, the suggestions of how to develop the projected of vehicle's lightweight technology were proposed.
