| 摘 要： | 一种全新的绞车电控系统采用PLC取代电磁继电器 ,充分利用PLC功能对SCR可控硅开关进行编码操作代替继电器———接触器系统。SCR为无触点、静止元件 ,可有效降低设备运转故障率 ;PLC减少接点和接线 ,明显提高了电控系统的安全可靠性 ;减少了元件 ,降低了造价。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce a kind of perfect new electrical control system.So the system replaces time-relay and speed- relay with PLC, and it takes full advantage of PLC function to SCR proceed to coding Operation,instead of relay and AC-contactor.The SCR is a static element switch without touch-point.It can efficaciously reduce to the failure rate of the device.The PLC system decrease touch and connection,and it's distinct advance SCR system that safe reliability.To reduce element,to reduce cost.For winder electrical control technic change create a new way. |
