具有远程感染机制的SIRS传播模型及仿真

提出了一种具有远程感染机制的传染病模型,该模型考虑感染节点以一定的概率感染其邻居节点的同时也以一定的概率感染其非邻居节点。通过平均场理论求得该模型在均匀网络上的传播临界值和最终感染密度的精确值。计算机的仿真结果进一步支持了理论结果的正确性。理论分析和仿真结果均表明:具有远程感染的疾病,在传播过程中随着远程感染率的增大,疾病传染率的临界值会变小,当疾病变为地方病时最终感染密度会变大。现实中可以制定措施控制非相邻节点的接触,降低远程感染率,实现对疾病的有效控制。该结果对于基于均匀网络的传播控制具有重要的启示:可以随机选择少量非相邻节点进行主动感染,增大远程感染率,提高网络传播的效率。

SIRS Model with the Long-distance Spread and Emulation
