| 摘 要： | 实验建立了气相色谱法测定桑葚酒中甲醇的限度及乙醇的含量。测定条件为Agilent7890A气相色谱仪,白酒分析柱(30m×0.32mm,0.5μm),进样量2μL,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度250℃,程序升温:45℃保持7min,以5℃/min速率升至140℃,再以8℃/min速率升至240℃。该方法简单,分离度好,可用于桑葚酒中甲醇限度及乙醇含量的检测。
