弧齿锥齿轮啮合过程的载荷分配及应力计算方法

摘    要:采用弧齿锥齿轮整体结构为有限元模型,计算出啮合点柔度并将其代入到LTCA啮合方程中,得到轮齿从啮入到啮出整个过程的载荷分配规律及啮合参数,从而计算出轮齿齿根弯曲应力变化规律.文后给一算例

Abstract:Taking the entirety structure of spiral bevel gears as FEM model,the flexible value of theaction point is calculated and lead into the LTCA equation.The loading distribution and ac-tion point parameteas in gear are obtained,then the law of the root bending stress is calcu-lated. The example is given at last.
