旋振筛的动力学分析及物料输送规律研究

摘    要:对旋振筛进行动力学和运动学分析,得出振筛筛面空间运动轨迹是一条椭圆曲线,并对筛面上物料运动情况进行了研究,得到物料运动轨迹近似于一条螺线。通过实验测试验证了理论分析与实验结果的一致性。

Abstract:In Chinese industry, straight-line and circular vibrating screens have found increasingly widespread use. More efficient rotatory vibrating screcns have begun to appear on Chinese market. In this paper the authors present a theoretical analysis of motion of both rotatory vibrating screen and material being sieved. Such a theoretical analysis is believed to be useful in designing better rotatory vibrating screen in China.The main results of theoretical analysis are:(1) The displacement at any instant of any point on the screen surface of rotatory vibrating screen can be computed with eq .(13). Different points move in different elliptical paths in space.(2) The translational amplitude and rotational amplitude of rotatory vibrating screen can be rcspcctivcly computed with eqs.(5) and (6).(3) The displacement of any point in material being sieved at any instant can be computed with eqs.(16) and (17). For such computation, the authors complete a computer program. Loci of particles in material being sieved arc approximately spiral as shown in Fig.6.
