双马来酰亚胺压铸树脂的研究

摘    要:讨论了以烯丙基单体作为活性稀释剂制得的改性双马来酰亚胺压铸树脂体系,研究了树脂的贮存稳定性,反应性,固化树脂的力学性能,耐热性,耐湿热性以及复合材料性能等。

Abstract:P.R.C. aeronautical industry nceds urgently improving further the propertics of resins for resin transfer molding (RTM). The authors in this paper present their development of a bismaleimidc (BMI) Product that is on the whole much better than BMI resins [2,51 available on the world market. The dilemma encopntcred in the dcvclopmcnt of our BMI product is: it is very difficult to get simultaneously satisfactory propertics of cured resin and satisfactory processing characteristics. After much searching, we find that employing allyl compound of suitable viscosity as reactive diluent can resolve the dilemma.The main cured resin propertics of our BMI product are: (l)T,=266C; (2) Flcxural strength = 108GPa; (3) Tensile strength = slGPa; (4) G,c= Z13) / m2. It can be seen that propertics (1) and (2) arc much better than those reported in Refs. [2,5], and properties (3) and (4) arc about the same as those in Refs. [2,5].The processing characteristics of our BMI product are: (l) viscosity = 0.34Pa. s at inkCt temperatUre 75t; (2) Dot life = 12h plus. It can be seen that propertics (l) and (2) are both much better than those reported in Rcfs. [2,5].
