合金元素对铝锂合金焊缝凝固组织形态的影响

摘    要:通过使用不同化学成分的焊丝,研究了合金元素对8090铝锂合金焊缝凝固组织形态的影响:采用横向变拘束裂试验,探讨了焊缝凝固组织形态化对改善焊缝热裂倾向的作用机制,结果表明,镁、锂、锆和铈等合金元素能够明显细化焊缝凝固组织,并降低8090铝锂合金焊缝形成热裂纹的敏感性。

Abstract:Al-Li alloy fillers will surely find important application in Chinese aviation. The authors are among the pioneers who have done considerable work on it. In this paper the authors report their preliminary success in searching for an Al-Li alloy filler that is effective in preventing the usually almost unavoidable hot cracking of welds.Past research done by the authors and that presented in other Chinese papers show that adding alloy elements can cffcctivcly improve solidification microstructurc of Al-Li alloy weld and thus reduce hot cracking.After much experimenting, the authors find that adding suitable amounts-as can be seen from Table 1-of magnesium, lithium, zirconium and cerium can so improve the solidification microstructure that crude and consecutive column dcndrites are changed into fine cquiaxial ones. Fig.1 shows the susccptibility to hot cracking is considerably reduced. The results will be undoubtedly helpful to promoting the use of Al-Li alloy welding structures in Chinese aeronautical industry.
