摘    要:选用廉价的硝酸铝和碳酸氢氨为主要原料,采用超声波—化学沉淀法制备出氢氧化铝沉淀,经高温煅烧,得到纳米氧化铝粉末。讨论了滴加顺序及方式对产物粒径大小及分散度的影响,探讨了其影响机理。通过四因素(NH4HCO3与Al(NO3)3的物质的量之比,混合方式,水与乙醇的体积比,马弗炉煅烧温度4个因素)三水平正交实验极差分析研究了制备纳米氧化铝的最佳方案。

Abstract:The cheap aluminum nitrate and carbonic hydrogen nitride were used as raw materials to prepare aluminum hydroxide precipitation in ultrasound field.The nanometer alumina particles can be prepared after calcinations.And the drop adding sequence,adding mode to the product's size dispersion degree and its influence mechanics were discussed in the article.Then using four factors(including the ratio of NH_(4)HCO_(3)to Al(NO_(3))_(3) and its mixing way,the ratio of water to ethanol and the calcinations temperature)-three levels cross experimental design to study the best way to prepare the nanometer alumina particles.
