摘    要:电容层析成像技术(ECT)是一种基于电容传感器机理的过程成像技术,以12电极电容阵列传感器ECT系统为背景,介绍了敏感场的计算方法,借助大型ANSYS有限元分析工具,建立电容传感器结构模型,并得到电极间敏感场的分布,为了避免粒子在全局附近振荡和粒子陷入局部最优,提出了改进PSO与改进混沌搜索策略的混合新算法.以敏感场整体灵敏度大小系统性能为目标,优化了电容传感器结构,寻找到的传感器最优结构参数.为电容层析成像系统图像重建提供了新思路.

Abstract:Electrical Capacitance Tomography(ECT) is a mechanism based on the process of capacitive sensor imaging technology,electrode capacitance sensor array of 12 ECT system background.We describe the calculation of sensitivity field,using ANSYS finite element analysis tool for large-scale establishment of capacitance sensor structural model,and get the distribution of sensitivity field between the electrodes,the capacitance sensor capacitance change in the situation of different parameters in order to avoid oscillation near the particle and particle in the global into local optimum,and the improved PSO search strategy and improvement of chaotic mix of new algorithm.Sensitive to the overall sensitivity to the size of system performance field goal to optimize the capacitive sensor structure,we find the optimal structural parameters of the sensor.For the electrical capacitance tomography image reconstruction we provide a new way of thinking.
