生物质秸秆直管气流干燥模拟与试验分析

摘    要:基于两相流理论,建立了生物质秸秆直管气流干燥模拟方程,利用Matlab语言调用标准四阶Runge-Kudra法,得到了数值解.建立了干燥试验台,进行了单因素试验并得到试验结果,通过对比得出模拟结果与试验结果吻合.分析了初始含湿量和热风温度对干燥的影响.

Abstract:Based on two-phase flow theory,the numeral solution of the mathematical simulation equation stood for gas flow drying process which refers to straw fuel in straight horizontal tube obtained by the standard four-step Runge-Kudra method.Test bed of pneumatic drying was established,and the test results were summed up by making single-factor test on the test bed.The results of simulating and single-factor test were coincided.The influences of initial moisture content and air temperature are analyzed.
