摘    要:针对大功率三相光伏并网逆变器散热设计难题,研究了一种准确且实用的IGBT模块损耗计算方法,并给出了散热器热阻的实用计算公式.在此基础上设计了一套采用强迫风冷的散热系统,实验证明模块外壳温度的计算结果与实际结果相差只有5℃,说明了该设计方法的合理及实用性.

Abstract:A practical method to design the heat dissipation system of the three phase photovoltaic Grid-connected inverter was presented.the switching losses of the IGBT module used in the inverter were calculated.A practical formula to calculate the heat resistance of heat dissipation system was given.A heat dissipation system for the inverter using forced-air-cool was designed.The calculated results and the experiment results verify the validity and practicability of the presented design method.
