摘    要:在现有的闪变测量方法中,基于FFT的闪变算法因实现简单而受到关注。在MATLAB中实现了该算法,并进行扩展研究,能够利用电力系统仿真得到的公共连接点(PCC)波动电压数据,进行电压波动量和短时闪变值计算。深入分析了计算过程中误差的来源,介绍了校正方法。应用PSCAD软件搭建了电力系统仿真实例,并给出了电压波动值和瞬时闪变值经校正后的计算结果。

Abstract:Among existing flicker measurement methods, FFF-based flicker algorithm has attracted much attention on account of its simple calculation process. This algorithm is implemented in MATLAB and extensive research has been carried out so that voltage fluctuation data at PCC obtained through simulation of electric power systems can be used to calculate voltage fluctuation and short-term flicker severity. Detailed analysis of Error sources and correction ideas are proposed. A power system model is built up in PSCAD. The results of voltage fluctuation and short -term flicker severity after correction are provided.
