摘    要:为解决某型武器系统飞行指令手持测试仪故障频发等问题,结合单片机以及CPLD的优点,以原电路的功能和指标作为设计的需求和指标,用单片机替代原模块电路的嵌入式主控计算机,用CPLD替代复杂的逻辑电路,设计了飞行指令测试仪。通过设计单片机并行扩展电路、脉冲宽度捕抓电路、脉冲宽度以及周期计数电路、移位电路及FIFO电路,完成了功能电路的设计,MAX+PLUSⅡ仿真结果表明:电路设计实现了功能,测试结果满足要求。经过现场测试和实际应用,在功能上和测试精度上完全达到要求,并且功耗低,设备便携性好,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:To solve problems such as high frequency fault in hand test device for flight instruction,combined the advantage of singlechip and CPLD,the test device for flight instruction is redesigned,with the need and indexes of former circle,and substitute the CPU and complex logical circle with singlechip and CPLD.Through the design of parallel expansion circuit for singlechip,pulse width capture circuit,pulse width and cycle count circuit,and shift circuit,FIFO circuit,the function of the circuit design has been completed.Local test and practice using shows that this design doesn't only fullfill the function and precision,but also get improvement in low power and mobility,which has its extending value.
