摘    要:结合实际工程,对循环水排水廊道水密性检测方法在技术上进行了改进,依据水密性检测的技术标准及检测目的,将整体水压试验改进为伸缩缝水压试验.对水密性检测过程、试验方法、工艺及相关参数、难点和处理方法进行了说明,并详细介绍了橡胶带密封加压系统的制作安装及其使用.结果表明,伸缩缝水密性水压检测法能有效降低成本,缩短施工工期.

Abstract:Combined with actual project,watertightness detection of circulating water drainage gallery in nuclear power plants is improved.According to the technical standards and detection objectives of the watertightness detection,hydrostatic test of expansion joints is adopted instead of whole hydrostatic test.The watertightness test process,related parameters,difficulties and treatment methods are explained.The fabrication and installation of the rubber belt sealed pressure system are described.The results show that watertightness detection of expansion joints method can reduce the cost and shorten construction period.
