摘    要:本文对输送机驱动系统作了分析和比较,对带式输送机传动的变频控制(VFC)方法在中、高压领域的应用进行了讨论;对使用高压IGBT基于中性点箝位原理的三电平逆变器以及采用转子磁场矢量控制策略的感应电机传动系统进行了讨论。表明采用HV IGBT对感应电机传动的矢量控制或直接转矩控制策略具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the driving system of belt conveyor, expatiates the application of voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) for belt conveyor driving in the field of middle and high voltage. The three-electrical-level inverter using high-voltage IGBT based on neutral-point clamping principle as well as the driving system of induction motor adopting the strategy of rotor magnetic field vector control are discussed. The application of HV-IGBT shows good applied prospects for the strategy of vector control or direct torque control of induction motor.
