摘    要:由于小电流接地系统单相接地时故障特征不明显,且易受诸多因素的影响,单一选线方案不能够适应小电流接地系统的各种情况,电流群体比幅比相原理、基于小波变换的奇异性检测理论和能量法是目前常用的可靠性高的判断方法。采用基于D-S证据理论的信息融合方法进行选线,将三种算法结合起来,形成综合判据,可大大提高了选线判断的准确性。并在MATLAB中搭建了数字仿真模型,进行不同故障情况下的仿真测试,通过仿真算例验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Because the characteristic of the small current grounding arrangement phase-to-earth fault is not ob- vious and is easily affected by many factors,so the single route selection cannot adapt many situations of the small current grounding arrangement.The theory of the current compara amplitude compara angle,based on a- nalysis of small waves,the theory of irregularity examination and the energy method,are widely used.The pa- per adopts the method that based on D-S theory's information fusion to the route selection,combined the three methods,and the formed composite criterion,which can raise the accuracy of judgment.The new method con- structs the model of the figure simulation in the MATLAB also,carries on many simulations based on different faults,through the simulation testified the validity and accurate of the proposed method.
