激光熔铸修理与变形强化对铝合金疲劳性能影响研究

摘    要:利用激光熔铸对预制模拟损伤的变形铝合金试件进行修复试验,在熔铸修复区采用实时机械冲击变形的方法强化修复试件.对修复件进行疲劳寿命对比试验,分析了激光熔铸与定量变形强化相结合的复合修理方式对试件疲劳性能的影响.结果表明,由于熔铸区底层柱状枝晶和残余拉应力的存在,激光熔铸修复会降低试件的疲劳寿命;辅加变形强化以后,试件疲劳寿命大幅增加,增幅可达187%;在所选冲击力范围内,试件疲劳寿命随冲击强度增大呈减少趋势.

Abstract:Laser fusion casting was used to repair aluminum alloy test-pieces with preloaded damage.To increase the performance,the fusion area was strengthened by mechanical impact strengthening.Comparison test was carried out to analyze the effect of laser fusion casting combined with quantitative mechanical impact on fatigue life of the pieces repaired.The result showed that the fatigue life of specimens repaired by laser fusion casting was shorter than no-damage specimens because of the existence of residual tensi...
