摘    要:软土地基上的工业建构筑物往往存在原因较复杂的地基不均匀沉降问题,如何防治或减少地基不均匀沉降是工程质量的关键,也是保证工业生产安全的基础。针对软土地基上的变电所建筑产生不均匀沉降的原因进行了分析并提出了相应的对策,为今后在软土地基特别是沿海地区设计变电所建筑物时对不均匀沉降的防治提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Industrial building in soft clay subgrade often has complex problems which caused by asymmetry settlement. How to prevent or reduce the differential settlement of the foundation is the key of the quality of the projects,and is also the key to ensure industrial security. This paper analyzes the reasons for the asym-metry settlement of substation projects in Zhejiang which were built on the soft clay subgrade,and describes the corresponding countermeasures for the future construction in soft ground. Some references are made for controlling asymmetry settlement in design and construction especially in coastal areas.
