浅谈企业施工定额的编制

随着我国工程量清单计价方法的步骤不断加快,作为施工企业,将面临着更为激烈的竞争与挑战,施工企业必须及早更新观念,提供竞争意识,在市场竞争中形成自己成熟有效的价格体系,才能在日趋激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地.为此,本人根据实际经验,阐述了企业施工定额编制的意义以及施工企业定额编制的原则、依据及内容,对施工企业定额的编制提出了几点意见.
