| Abstract: | This paper describes the rotor rim shrinkage experience of unit 11# rotor in Three-gorge left plant and on the basis make an improvement for assembling the unit 12# rotor.This improvement make the time,which is spent increasing temperature during shrink fit rotor,changed from 60 hours to 40 hours,further more the roundness and other main technology parameters of rotor rim have meet a high grade of relative standard after adopting the improved procedure. |
