| Abstract: | With an objective analysis of training process of the professional personnel in elevator maintenance profession, the difficulties and shortcomings of the training mode of skilled person are found out, and the corresponding solutions are given, that is, based on the tripartite cooperation of government, college and enterprise, a training mode of higher vocational personnel who is suitable for the job requirement of elevator maintenance should be established. |
